May Active Listings Increase 5.5% Over April
With 13,462 active listings, Maricopa County saw a 5,56% month-over-month increase. Also, with over 6,000 monthly sales, the county saw a 7% increase over April. However, with 6,212 total contracted, May saw a 13% month-over-month decrease.
